If you are someone who likes to know exactly how much money you are going to be spending each month while you are with us, and are concerned about how annual increases will affect your budget, we are pleased to offer you the option of a "Lifetime Rate."

Here’s how it works:
If you choose the Lifetime Rate option, your monthly fee will be set at a modestly higher rate than monthly fees currently being paid by other residents, but it will not increase for your entire stay with us, providing you maintain the same health status.

Should your health decline and you require additional services, your monthly fee would then increase only by the cost of the new or added service.
